get to know me

I am in the middle of three sisters. One brunette, the other blonde. We are as different as we can be. Growing up together, we have learned that we each bring a different strength to our circle that allows a more complete and interesting solution to any problem that arises.

For nearly three decades, I've led creative strategy and human-centered design for government agencies, transit systems, and mission-driven organizations through strategic storytelling. 

Along the way, I built two frameworks I still use with every client: a structured mirror feedback process and a collaborative "Tag Team" model that gets teams aligned fast without losing creative sharpness. Today, I bring that same strategic depth to organizations who need someone to lead the thinking, not just execute the polish.
