I can lead your team through proposal and interview prep sessions with a new perspective on things. I incorporate Design Thinking in to the process - lead brainstorming and break-out sessions, facilitate conversations that dig deeper into the client's needs and possible solutions. We'll do a "kick-off before the kick-off" to get everyone ahead of the schedule, focused and positioned to wow.
To be comfortable with public speaking and client presentation doesn't always come easy for some. I work 1:1 or with teams to find the story and the point they're trying to tell. I help them rehearse until they got it. Show them the power of a strong presentation. Either for a specific event or for general soft skill workshop, it can really help.
Incorporating Design Thinking into the daily process doesn't always mean just for prep sessions. Internal teams can benefit from learning new skills that can elevate their daily practices and communications. We can brainstorm new ideas that focus on client pain points. I can work with you to develop a workshop that guides your team to discover new ways to resolve specific issues.
Design Thinking is used everywhere. It's a soft skill that is vital if you want to stay competitive.
Processes, prototypes, and internal department development are all about this concept. I can show you how. I can also coach your team hands-on during the proposal and interview sessions and in workshops to demonstrate the process to add to their skillset.
Most of my career has been about branding. I have developed multiple large-scale brands, but also know some small companies can struggle with developing a strong brand. I can work with your inhouse designer or marketer to create a design guide and template library that elevates your identity and makes life easier for them.
I work 1:1 or with executive teams to develop and practice giving presentations for internal communications. I also offer guidance to executives that need a sounding board to strategize new product prototypes, company processes, or incorporating Design Thinking into corporate culture and ideology.
